Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the website frumzi-aussie.com and your use of the services offered through that website. By accessing or using frumzi-aussie.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms as amended from time to time. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Operator means Rabidi N.V., a private limited liability company incorporated in Curaçao, having its registered and head office address at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, and holding online gambling licence no. 8048/JAZ issued by Antillephone N.V., Curaçao, together with any affiliated entities involved in operating or supporting the Site.
• Site means the website located at https://frumzi-aussie.com, all subdomains, mobile versions and any related services, applications or content operated by the Operator in connection with the brand "Frumzi" and the project referred to as "Frumzi".
• Brand or Frumzi means the online gambling and related services brand operated by the Operator solely in connection with the Site.
• User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Site, creates an account or uses any services offered through the Site.
• Account means a registered user account that a Player opens and maintains on the Site in accordance with these Terms.
• Services means any gambling, betting, gaming, promotional or ancillary services made available on or through the Site, including but not limited to real-money casino games, live casino, and any bonus or promotional offers.
• Game means any casino game, slot, table game, live dealer game or other interactive gambling product available on the Site.
• Bet or Wager means any sum of money staked by a Player on the outcome of a Game or event offered on the Site.
• Bonus means any promotional value, free spins, bonus funds, cashback, vouchers or other incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to specific conditions.
• Real Money Balance means the portion of funds in a Player's Account that derives from deposits and cash winnings, excluding Bonus funds.
• Bonus Balance means the portion of funds or value credited to a Player as a Bonus and subject to wagering or other conditions.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification and due diligence procedures the Operator may undertake to confirm a Player's identity, age, address, source of funds and related information.
• Restricted Jurisdiction means any country or territory where the offering, promotion or use of the Services is unlawful or not authorised, including, for the avoidance of doubt, Australia for real-money interactive gambling services to persons in Australia under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth).
• AU or Australia means the Commonwealth of Australia, its states and territories.
• Terms means this terms and conditions document as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

• Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old, or older if the laws of your place of residence set a higher minimum age for gambling. By registering, you warrant that you meet this requirement.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not for any third party.
• Jurisdictional restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from opening an Account or using real-money gambling Services from within any Restricted Jurisdiction, including from within Australia where the offering of certain interactive gambling services to persons in Australia is prohibited under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth). You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Site is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Registration Process

• Account creation: To use the Services, you must complete the online registration form on the Site, providing requested information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and other details. You must not create more than one Account.
• Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link sent to the email you supplied. The Operator may suspend or restrict your Account until such verification is completed.
• KYC and documentation: At registration, prior to withdrawals, and at any time thereafter, the Operator may request KYC documents, which may include:
  • Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's licence, national ID);
  • Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence);
  • Proof of payment method ownership (copy of bank card, e-wallet statement, crypto wallet verification);
  • Evidence of source of funds or source of wealth where required by applicable laws or regulatory guidance.
  Failure to provide accurate, complete and legible documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension or closure of your Account and retention of funds where required or permitted by law.

User Obligations

• Accuracy of data: You warrant that all information supplied during registration and thereafter is true, complete and not misleading. You must promptly update your Account details if they change.
• Username and password: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you. You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• One account policy: You may hold only one Account with the Operator on the Site. Multiple accounts, fictitious accounts, or accounts opened on behalf of others are prohibited and may be closed, with bets voided and funds, including Bonuses, forfeited where lawfully permitted.
• Use for lawful purposes only: You must not use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or in contravention of the gambling laws of your jurisdiction (including the laws of Australia if you are physically present there).

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placement of Bets

• Account balance: You may place Bets only if your Real Money Balance (and, where applicable, available Bonus Balance) is sufficient to cover the stake. Bets placed in excess of your available balance will not be accepted.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game may have specific minimum and maximum stake limits as indicated within the Game interface or rules. The Operator may also impose overall Account-level limits and reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.
• Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed when it has been accepted by the Operator's servers and appears in your betting or game history. In the event of any discrepancy between your device display and the Operator's records, the Operator's transaction logs shall prevail, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
• Time of acceptance: Bets placed on events or Games that have already been determined or closed due to a technical or human error are void and shall be settled by:
  • Refunding the stake to your Account; or
  • Adjusting balances to reflect the correct outcome, as determined in the Operator's reasonable discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellation and Modification

• No unilateral cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted, you may not cancel or modify it, except where the Game rules expressly permit early cash-out or cancellation.
• Errors and obvious mistakes: If a Bet is accepted at odds, pay-tables or conditions that are manifestly incorrect due to an obvious error (including but not limited to technical failures, incorrect game configuration or human mistake), the Operator reserves the right to:
  • Void the Bet and refund the stake; or
  • Settle the Bet at the correct odds or conditions that should have applied, as reasonably determined by the Operator.
• Malfunction: In the event of a Game malfunction that affects the outcome of a Bet, all affected Bets will be void and stakes refunded. Any winnings obtained from such malfunction shall be considered void.

Rules of Conduct

• Fair play: You must not engage in any unfair or deceptive practices, including but not limited to:
  • Using software, bots, scripts or devices to gain an unfair advantage;
  • Colluding with other Players or third parties;
  • Exploiting bugs, loopholes or malfunctions in Games or the Site.
• Live casino and chat behaviour: Where live casino, chat or communication features are available, you must:
  • Refrain from insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, discrimination, sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate content;
  • Not advertise or promote other services, websites or products;
  • Not solicit other Players' personal information or engage in any form of grooming, fraud or manipulation.
  The Operator may monitor and moderate chats and may suspend or terminate access to such features or to the Account for breaches.
• Compliance with game rules: Each Game may have its own specific rules and payout tables provided within the Game. By participating, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Activation and Eligibility

• Bonus offers: From time to time, the Operator may offer Bonuses in connection with the Frumzi brand on the Site, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins or cashback offers. Each Bonus is subject to these Terms and any additional specific terms presented at the time of the offer.
• Activation: A Bonus may require:
  • Entry of a bonus code during deposit;
  • Opt-in via your Account or promotional page; or
  • A qualifying deposit or wagering requirement.
  Failure to follow the activation instructions may result in the Bonus not being credited.
• Eligibility restrictions: The Operator may restrict certain Bonuses to specific countries, customer segments or time periods. Residents or persons physically located in Restricted Jurisdictions, including Australia, may be ineligible for certain offers in order to comply with applicable laws and regulatory expectations.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

• Wagering (playthrough): Unless otherwise stated in the specific Bonus terms, Bonus funds and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager a specified multiple of the Bonus amount, or of the Bonus plus deposit, before Bonus funds and related winnings become withdrawable.
• Contribution by game type: Different Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements (for example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games or live casino may contribute a lower percentage or 0%). Specific contribution rates will be set out in the Bonus terms or on the Site.
• Time limits: Bonuses are typically valid for a limited period (for example, 7 - 30 days) from the time of activation, as specified in the relevant Bonus terms. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, the remaining Bonus Balance and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Prohibited Games and Actions

• Restricted games: Certain Games or Game categories may be excluded from Bonus wagering or may be prohibited while a Bonus is active. These restrictions will be indicated in the Bonus terms or on the Site. Placing Bets on excluded Games while attempting to clear a Bonus may result in the Bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Irregular play: The following behaviours may be considered abuse or irregular play:
  • Placing large bets with Bonus funds then significantly reducing bet size to meet wagering;
  • Using minimal-risk betting strategies such as covering a high proportion of outcomes in roulette or similar games;
  • Collusion, fraud, or using multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus.
  Where the Operator reasonably determines that Bonus abuse has occurred, the Operator may cancel the Bonus, void related winnings and close or restrict the Account, subject to applicable law.

Combining Promotions

• No stacking unless stated: Unless expressly permitted in the specific Bonus terms, Bonuses may not be combined or "stacked". Only one Bonus may be active on your Account at any given time.
• Order of use: Real Money Balance is generally used before Bonus Balance when placing Bets, unless otherwise specified. The Operator's systems will determine the order of use and this will be final in the event of any discrepancy.
• Changes and withdrawal of offers: The Operator may modify, suspend or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time for future participants. Such changes will not affect Bonuses already accepted by you where doing so would contravene applicable consumer protection laws.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

• Deposit methods: Subject to availability in your jurisdiction and compliance with applicable laws, the Site may support deposits via:
  • Debit or credit cards;
  • E-wallets and online payment services;
  • Bank transfers;
  • Cryptocurrencies, where permitted by law and the Operator's policies.
  The specific methods available may change over time and may differ by country.
• Fees and limits: The Operator may impose minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction, per day or per month. Third-party payment providers may also charge fees, which are your responsibility. Any applicable fees and limits will be disclosed on the Site where reasonably practicable.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal methods and processing: Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed via the same method used for deposit. Where that is not possible, the Operator may offer alternative methods in line with its policies and regulatory requirements. Processing times may vary depending on internal checks and third-party payment providers.
• Verification requirement: The Operator may require completion of KYC verification before processing withdrawals. This may include identity verification, proof of address, payment method checks and, where appropriate, source of funds documentation.
• Limits and fees: The Operator may set minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts and may apply periodic limits (for example, daily, weekly or monthly limits), subject to applicable law. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request where practicable.
• Pending and reversal: Withdrawal requests may remain pending for a period during which the Operator conducts necessary checks. You may, where technically available and where not prohibited by law or responsible gambling policies, request cancellation of a pending withdrawal, in which case the funds will be returned to your Account balance.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversal of Transactions

• Refunds of Bets and Bonuses: Bets are final once accepted and will not ordinarily be refunded. However, in cases of Game malfunction, obvious error, or other circumstances described in these Terms, the Operator may void Bets and refund stakes or adjust balances. Bonus funds that have not yet been wagered may be removed in accordance with Bonus terms.
• Chargebacks: You agree not to request or initiate any chargeback or reversal of a deposit without first attempting to resolve the matter with the Operator. If a chargeback is initiated, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, void Bets and Bonuses and, where lawful, recover any amounts owed, including chargeback fees and associated costs.
• Currency and exchange: Deposits and withdrawals may be processed in the currencies supported by the Site. Where currency conversion is required, it will be conducted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the Operator's payment processor. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

• Fairness and integrity: The Operator endeavours to ensure that all Games made available on the Site are fair and operate in accordance with their published rules. Where Games are provided by third-party suppliers, those suppliers generally employ random number generators and other controls subject to their own regulatory and testing obligations.
• Accuracy of information: The Operator uses reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Site, including Game rules, payout tables and account statements, is accurate. Exclusions of Liability

• Third-party services: The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability or performance of third-party services and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
• Indirect and consequential losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for:
  • Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;
  • Loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill;
  • Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.

Maximum Liability

• Cap on liability: Subject always to any non-excludable rights under applicable consumer protection laws, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site and Services shall not exceed the greater of:
  • The amount of the Bet or Wager in dispute; or
  • The amount of your deposits made on the Site in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim that have not previously been withdrawn.
• Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits:
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law; or
  • Your rights that cannot be contractually waived, such as certain rights under Australian consumer protection legislation to the extent such laws are applicable.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

• Site content: All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, code, and the compilation and arrangement thereof, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
• Trademarks: The "Frumzi" brand name, associated logos and all other trade names, service marks and logos used on the Site in connection with Frumzi and frumzi-aussie.com are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Operator or its licensors. You are not granted any rights to use such marks without prior written consent.

Permitted Use and Restrictions

• Limited licence: The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Site and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
• Prohibited uses: You must not, without the Operator's prior written permission:
  • Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, display, perform, publish, distribute or transmit any Site content;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Site software, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law;
  • Use automated tools (such as bots, crawlers or scrapers) to access or interact with the Site, other than as necessary for standard web indexing by lawful search engines.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Privacy policy: The Operator processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Site and provision of the Services. Changes to Terms

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Terminate

• Grounds for action: The Operator may, at its reasonable discretion and subject to applicable law, suspend, restrict or close your Account and/or void Bets and Bonuses in any of the following circumstances:
  • Suspicion or evidence of breach of these Terms;
  • Suspicion or evidence of fraud, collusion, money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal or unlawful activity;
  • Failure to pass KYC or other verification checks, or failure to provide requested documentation;
  • Use of the Site from a Restricted Jurisdiction, including access from within Australia contrary to applicable interactive gambling laws;
  • Chargebacks, reversals or disputes in relation to deposits;
  • Abuse of Bonuses or other promotional offers.
• Immediate measures: Where necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, protect the integrity of the Services, or safeguard the Operator or other Players, the Operator may implement immediate temporary measures such as account suspension, wagering restrictions or blocking of withdrawals while investigations are conducted.

User-Initiated Closure

• Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. The Operator will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to necessary verification and settlement of any outstanding matters.

Consequences of Termination

• Funds on termination: Upon closure of your Account:
  • Any Real Money Balance that is not subject to dispute, investigation or legal restriction will be returned to you via an appropriate payment method, subject to KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal limits or fees;
  • Any Bonus Balance, including unused Bonuses and associated winnings not yet converted to Real Money Balance in accordance with Bonus terms, may be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
• Outstanding obligations: Termination or suspension of your Account does not affect:
  • Any rights or obligations that have accrued up to the date of termination; or
  • Any provisions of these Terms that are expressed or intended to survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute resolution.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Governing law: These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
• Jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory legal provisions:
  • You agree that the courts of Curaçao shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site; and
  • Nothing in this clause limits the Operator's right to bring proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, including in your country of residence, where permitted by applicable law.
• Regulatory context in AU: You acknowledge that Australia operates an enforcement framework, including through the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), targeting unlicensed offshore gambling services and that certain interactive gambling services are prohibited to persons in Australia under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth). You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Site complies with all laws that apply to you.
• Dispute resolution: Before commencing court proceedings, you are encouraged to contact the Operator's customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The Operator may, where appropriate and where both parties agree, refer disputes to an alternative dispute resolution body or arbitration, but neither party is obliged to consent to arbitration unless required by applicable law or separate agreement.
